The next sale is scheduled for April 28 2010 at 1:00 O’Clock P.M., in Court Room “A” at the Court House, in the Borough of Norristown, Pennsylvania. It looks like the list is over 500 properties in this sheriffs auction but as in any that number could go higher or lower depdning on what happens up to sale day. Sheriffs auctions are good ways to get property at less than appraised value but you have much competition including the bank holding the mortgage.
